|- Avoid Heavy foods, oily and Spicy,hot food stuffs. Also avoid dairy products, Meat, Nuts.|
|- Have a hearty meal for lunch, and then a very light meal for dinner, perhaps only light diet or soup.|
|- Stay away from dairy and wheat products, instead choosing fresh fruits and iseasonal fruits and vegetables .|
|- Get a full night's sleep.|
|- Drink plenty of water.|
|- Exercise every morning.|

Anuloma - Viloma, Bhramari, Bhastrika, Ujjayi.
