
- Avoid Heavy foods, oily and Spicy,hot food stuffs. Also avoid dairy products, Meat, Nuts. |
- Have a hearty meal for lunch, and then a very light meal for dinner, perhaps only light diet or soup. |
- Stay away from dairy and wheat products, instead choosing fresh fruits and iseasonal fruits and vegetables . |
- Get a full night's sleep. |
- Drink plenty of water. |
- Exercise every morning. |
Shodhan Karmas
Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, Vamana Dhouti, Agnisara kriya, Shankhaprakshalana (Once a week / month).
Asanas
Surya Namaskar, Tadasana, Trikonasana, Sarvangasana, Vipritakarani, Bhujangasana, Makarasana, Shalabhasana, Paschimotanasana, Naukasana (Prone & Supine) Shavasana.
Pranayama
Anuloma - Viloma, Bhramari, Bhastrika, Ujjayi.
Relaxation
Om chanting.
