Definition 
Memory refers to the processes that are used to acquire, store, retain and later retrieve inform The ability to remember past experiences or learned information, involving advanced mental processes such as learning, retention, recall, and recognition and resulting from chemical changes between neurons in several different areas of the brain.. The loss of memory because of disease or injury is called amnesia.

Remedies

INGREDIENTS :

Somph seeds (Fry on mild flame add 4 drops ghee,pound and make powder and sieve) : 100 gm.
Sugar candy powder : 100 gm.

METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USAGE

Mix both powders and store. Take 1/4 to 1/2 spoon and chew. Then drink water. One hour gap should be given before or after food.

INGREDIENTS :

Badam (Almonds) . : 4 Nos. for children and 7 Nos. for elders.

Method Of Preparation and Usage :

Soak badam seeds in hot water in the morning. At 9 pm peel the top skin and pound the seeds. Add 2 pepper grains for children and 4 Nos pepper grains for elders after pounding. Mix the above and add to one cup of milk after 3 times boiling . Sieve the milk, add candy sugar to taste. Drink the milk for 100 days.

INGREDIENTS :

Ashwagandha powder : 100 gms
old jaggery : 100 gms

Method Of Preparation and Usage :

Mix both and pound. Take 10 gm about 1 spoon) morning and evening.

INGREDIENTS :

Brahmi leaf powder : 100 gms
Ashwagandha powder : 100 gms
Liquorice powder : 100 gms
Candy sugar : 100 gms

METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USAGE :

Take 1/4 to 1/2 spoon two times a day. Can be taken with warm milk / warm water. For small children it can be mixed with little honey.

Shodhan Karma

Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, Vaman Dhauti.

Asanas

Surya Namaskar, Tadasana, Trikonasana, Garudasana, Shirshasana, Halasana, Padmasana, Vrikshasna, Shavasana, Katichakrasana, Chakrasana, Veerasana, Ek Padasana etc.

Pranayama

Anuloma - Viloma, Bhramari, Bhastrika, Kapalbhati.

Relaxation

Shavasana, Makarasana, OM chanting, Meditation, Jnana Mudra. Practice of Trataka is also very effective.

Acupressure

Press and release thumbs of both the hands 200 times.
