IRREGULAR MENSTRUATION

Definition 
A menstrual disorder is a physical or emotional problems in females that interferes with the normal menstrual cycle, causing pain, unusually heavy or light bleeding, delayed menarche, or missed periods. 

Remedies

Grind 10 to 20 roots of Nela usiri plant in one cup of rice washed water (biyyam kadigina neellu). Extract juice and add one spoon candy sugar and take early in the morning.

INGREDIENTS :

Sonthi : 100 gm(Fry and make powder)
Dry Kharjur : 100 gm(Dry and make powder)

Method Of Preparation and Usage : 
Mix curry leaves karam podi and Neem leaves (tender) powder and take half to one spoon with water.

INGREDIENTS :

Onion pieces : 50 gm
Old Jaggery : 30 gm

Method Of Preparation : 
Add one litre of water and boil till half water remains. Filter the kashayam and add 30 gm. old jaggery.

Usage : 
Take kashayam in warm condition early in the morning and do not eat anything till one hour.

Precaution: Stop the usage during menstruation and restart after 10 days. Repeat this for 3 months, gradually Mensus will come to a normal monthly routine.

POUND THE FOLLOWING IN EQUAL QUANTITY TO EXTRACT JUICE.

 

  1. Podina ( Mint)leaves
  2. Curry leaves
  3. Dhania ( Corriander)leaves.

Method Of Preparation : 
Add equal weight of candy sugar and boil it till thread (tantu paak) is obtained.

 

Dosage : 
2 tsp, morning and evening with cold water (1/2 glass) can add jeera and dhania to above.

Do\'s and Don\'t s : 
- Avoid Alcohol, Smoking. 
- Reduce green chilly usage and substitute pepper. 
- Usage of ginger and garlic should be increased. 
- Use old tamarind. 
- Avoid spicy and Non vegetarian food. 
- Use sesame seeds (nuvvulu) and blackgram in some form daily. 
- Diluted starch (ganji) eliminates problems of uterus. Take one or two glasses daily. 
- Take only Moong dal, old jaggery, rice, ghee, milk during periods

YOGIC MANAGEMENT

Asanas : 
Pawanmuktasana, Uttana Mandukasana, Trikonasana, Tadasana, Katichakrasana, Vajrasana, Padmasana, Marjariasana.

Pranayama 
Chandra bhedi, Sheetali, Seetkari, Bhramari.

Relaxation 
Makarasana, Shavasana, OM chanting, Meditation - For mental peace and hormonal balancing.
