Hair Problems

Hair Loss is the thining of the hair on the scalp.This may be temporary or permanent. This occurs gradually due to hormones deficiency / imbalance or due to heredity.



  1. Take jasmine leaves and flowers equally and add cow's urine. Grind to paste and apply to hair in layers. Take bath after an hour. Do this twice a week.
  2. Take Drumsticks, Brinjals and Tomatoes roots in equal proportion. Make paste out of three varieties of roots and apply to scalp.
  3. Bhringraja Hair Oil.

Ingredients :

Raddish juice : 100 gm.
Bhringraja leaves juice : 100 gm.
Mint leaves juice : 100 gm.
Onion juice : 100 gm.
Gokshura leaves juice : 100 gm.
Sesame oil : 500 gm.

Method of preparation : 
Mix all the above and boil till the juice evaporates and oil remains. Store in glass bottle. 
Usage : 
Apply daily in the night time

  8. Chakrasana.
  9. Dhanurasana.

  11. Vipreetkarni Mudra

Anuloma-viloma, Sheetli , Sheetkari, Bhramari, and Kaphalbhati.
