Bad Odour from body

Bad  odour from the body increases when we sweat. The odour comes from the bacteria that grows rapidly under sweat. Foot, underarm are more exposed to odour because they hold dust material which becomes good breeding ground for the bacteria.

  1. Apply baking soda on armpits and foot. It helps in killing the bacteria.
  2. Apply rose water or tea tree oil on skin. These have antibiotic properties.
  3. Lemon Juice is very effective to kill bacteria
  4. Drinking lots of water helps in detoxification and cleansing effect. Luke warm water is better than cold.
  5. An excellent astringent, that tightens the skin and closes open pores, is made by soaking one tablespoonful of triphala powder in a small glass of water for six to eight hours. Filter and use externally
  6. Apply Neem leaves paste on the skin. It has strong antibiotic properties without any side effects. You can also drink neam tea to purify blood.
  7. Reduce intake of any foods that cause indigestion.
  8. Eat fresh fruits rich in Vitamin C instead of oily foods.
  9. Apple vinegar cider as a deodorant
  10. Clothing is an area many people overlook. Loose-fitting clothes allow the body to breathe better than tight clothes
  11. Certain foods, such as meat, onions, garlic, exotic spices, and drinks such as coffee and alcohol can lead to body odour. Try to eliminate these from your diet
  12. Tobacco use is also a major cause for body odour. Not only does it come back through your lungs, but also it comes through the skin
