Anemia

A discharge of white or yellow coloured mucus from the vagina. It may be a normal condition, increasing before and after menstruation, but a large discharge probably indicates an infection somewhere in the genital tract. 
Female genitals are very much prone to infections since they are moist, more sweaty and covered. The white vaginal discharge with foul smell makes it embarrassing to get into social gatherings and even engage in personal affairs. 
Leucorrhoea or white discharge usually shows symptoms in association with other illness. Wide variety of reasons are encountered in its causation. Commonly fungal, parasitic, bacterial and sexually transmitted diseases are the prime causative factors.

Remedies

INGREDIENTS :

Desi tomato small : 5 nos.
Carrot : 1 no.
Beet root : half.

METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USAGE

STEP 1 :- Make juice out of the three.
STEP 2 :- Add little honey or candy sugar and take in the evenings daily.
STEP 3 :- The extract or pulp obtained from the above juice can be mixed with butter and grind.
STEP 4 :- Apply the paste to the face.
STEP 5 :- After one hour wash with warm water.
Tomato : 50 gm.
Carrot : 50 gm.
Beet root : 10 to 20 gm.
Lemon : 1 no.
Candy sugar (Patika bellam ) : 150gm.
Honey : 50 gm.

METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USAGE

STEP 1 :- Extract juice of tomato, carrot, beet root and filter the same.
STEP 2 :- Add candy sugar powder to it and prepare \'paakam\' on low flame only.
STEP 3 :- Add honey and lemon to the above and store in a bottle.

USAGE :

1 to 2 spoons with one glass water along with a little fresh lemon juice. If blood is less, use 3 times a day.

The bi-product remaining after juice is extracted can be used for face pack.

INGREDIENTS :

Dry grapes : 10 nos.
Figs : 2 No.
Dry dates : 2 No.

METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USAGE

STEP 1 :- Soak 10 dry grapes, 2 figs and 2 dry dates in a glass of water overnight.
STEP 2 :- In the morning separate water from the constitutents.
STEP 3 :- Eat the constituents by chewing slowly.
STEP 4 :- Drink the separated water also.
STEP 5 :- Give one hour gap for breakfast/food.

INGREDIENT :

Cow's ghee : 100 gm.
pepper : 100 No.

METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USAGE :

STEP 1 :- Heat the ghee in a vessel and add exactly 100 number pepper.
STEP 2 :- After entire ghee boils, separate pepper and store ghee.
STEP 3 :- Use ghee along with daily food.

INGREDIENTS :

Saraswati leaves : 2 Fresh one
honey : 1/2 Spoon
cow's ghee : 1/2 Spoon

Saraswati leaves:(English: Indian penny wort; Latin: Hydrocotyle asiatica; Hindi: Brahmi)

METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USAGE:

Mix all the three and take 2 times morning and evening.

INGREDIENTS :

Bakuchi : 50 gm (dry and make powder)
Dry goose berry powder powder : 50 gm
Dry vibhitaki powder : 50 gm

Bakuchi:(Latin Name-Psoralea corylifolia, Sanskrit-Bakuchi, Telugu-Bavanchalu).

METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USAGE

STEP 1 :- Mix all the three powders and store in a bottle.
STEP 2 :- Add 1/2 sp. powder to 1/2 cup water and drink in the night before sleep.
